The Solution The Social WiFi, all of the above was easy to deliver out of the box. Our existing systems allow for easy drag and drop splash page design, including the placing of advertising images with URL redirection.
The topic of concern would be the ability to work with the ISP partner that they chose on their second RFP as often, these businesses have their own captive portal software that they wished to use. However, to our delight, Social WiFi was chosen before the conclusion of the RFP for a new ISP and Social WiFi was written in as a requirement for all ISP bidders to connect with.
This resulted in Social WiFi partnership and technical teams working with all bidders to ensure they were proposing compatible hardware and were trained on the ease of integration.
Jockey Plaza were also granted free access to our API documentation in order to build integrations with their larger and wide ranging databases in Azure. With this documentation, they have been able to generate their own links between our system and their wider data warehouse.
