Social WiFi's IT team worked with the Inn's network specialist to ensure the setup went smoothly. Changing to a new Access Point vendor was not an issue as both Ruckus and Ubiquity UniFi are supported.

When going over the settings of the Dashboard itself, Vincent wanted a smooth login process for Guests to go through. The Social WiFi team ensured to create a direct and hassle-free user journey. Guests would log in by using their email address and providing their first and last name.

When the Guests consented to data processing, Social WiFi would store the data in the Dashboard and allow Vincent and his team to use it for future marketing campaigns to get more returning visitors- all in complete compliance with Data Protection Laws.

Social WiFi's review system was also turned on, allowing Vincent and his team to automate asking Guests for reviews, as well as requests for more feedback, responding to reviews and effectively responding to praise and concerns from visitors.
