How Social WiFi complies

Obtain consent from individuals before collecting their personal data.
- Social WiFi has a page dedicated to displaying legal information, relevant policies and gives customers an explicit opt-in or opt-out option.

Use the personal data which is collected only for the intended purpose.
- Social WiFi allows clients to state on the Agreements Page why they are collecting data and for what purpose. Making it clear that you want to share promotions, events etc can vastly help opt-in rates.

Protect the personal data from unauthorised access, use and disclosure.
- Social WiFi has varying levels of management dashboard access allowing businesses to limit which staff members have access to user data. Social WiFi utilises Google Cloud Platform for all dashboard storage.

Give people the ability to delete their data in the future and be forgotten.
- Social WiFi has opt-out links on all communications sent via our marketing systems. API integrations also have calls to delete data from connected client systems when requested by the customer.
- Individuals can be manually deleted from the Social WiFi CRM should they contact you directly and request this action.
