Clients define the data usage purpose on the Agreements Page, which is shown to users during the login process.
• Ensure the security of stored personal information
Social WiFi stores data securely using Google Cloud Platform, enforces role-based access, and uses encryption where appropriate.
• Allow users to access, correct, or delete their personal information
Social WiFi supports user data deletion and correction through APIs and manual tools in the CRM. Unsubscribe links are included in all email communications.
• Support clients with cross-border compliance
Social WiFi helps clients assess international data transfers and adopt standard safeguards where necessary.
